A unique class to Condition, Release & Restore the body. We begin with some dynamic movements to then we release & restore with a slow paced MyoYin class to help calm the mind and body. Poses are held for longer periods allowing the fascia that connects every muscle, tendon, ligament & bone in the body time to stretch, hydrate and relax. We will sometimes use props such as tennis balls, blocks & straps.
This popular class combines movement & breath to create a flowing practice where the body can become strong and flexible and the mind calm and focused. The pace & intensity of the class varies depending on the focus and intention but you will always leave feeling strong, flexible, relaxed and happy.

A lighter version of our popular Connect Flow Class but taught at a slower pace, starting with some breath work & finishing with some lovely stretches & relaxation. Options are given making it suitable if you are dealing with an injury, new to yoga, or would like a slightly more gentle class

A great way to end your week. This class combines a 30 minutes flow class with a 30 minutes Yin class. Firstly, you build warmth & energy in the body, mobilising the joints & raising your heart rate then you will enjoy a relaxing Yin class to calm the mind & restore the body
Power ~ Up
Think yoga with attitude! A dynamic 45 minutes class to get your heart rate up, burn some calories and work your body. Expect mountain climbers, press ups, lunges and squats. Lotys of options are given so the class is still suitable for all levels. It is as challenging as you want it to be!
