Combining movement & breath to create a slow flowing practice where the body can become strong & flexible & the mind calm & focused. The pace & intensity of the class will vary depending on the focus & intention but you will always leave feeling strong, flexible, relaxed & happy.

Combining movement & breath to create a slow flowing practice combined with yin stretches so the body can become balanced & flexible & the mind calm & focused. The pace & intensity of the class will vary depending on the focus & intention but you will always leave feeling balanced, flexible, relaxed & happy.

A unique class to condition, release & restore the body. Using a combination of dynamic movements, self myo-fascial release with cork/tennis balls & long held stretches. This class aims to restore elasticity to the ligaments, tendons & muscles of the body, allowing the body to stretch, hydrate & relax.
