A functional workout, focusing on the core to improve fitness, strength & tone. Using weights, kettlebells and body weight in a fun and motivating class.

FASCIAL FITNESS
5:15pm
A unique class to condition, release & restore the body. Using a combination of dynamic movements, self myo-fascial release with cork/tennis balls & long held stretches. This class aims to restore elasticity to the ligaments, tendons & muscles of the body, allowing the body to stretch, hydrate & relax.
