Yoga & Pilates
2 Day Retreat
Set in 14 acres of private grounds, nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Appuldurcombe Gardens is the perfect place to get away from everyday life. Our accommodation, ranging from luxury lodges and flats, to premier, spacious mobile homes, is strategically located in a beautifully secluded walled garden, designed by the famous landscape designer Lancelot 'Capability' Brown in the 1780s as part of neighbouring Appuldurcombe House. Appuldurcombe Gardens is surrounded by beautiful open countryside, with direct access to plenty of walks and cycle paths and just a 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches.

As soon as you step foot on the ferry you can leave all your worries and stresses behind you. Let us take care of you, allow us to nourish & rebalance your mind and body with energising and restorative yoga and pilate classes & workshops, delicious, nutritious vegetarian food, friendship and lots & lots of fun. You'll also have plenty of time to explore the local area with a trip to the beach, a guided walk, a visit to one of the many local attractions or simply relax by the heated outdoor pool.

Prices start from just £350 per person
Yoga & Pilates classes & workshops and a special workshop on saturday night.
A selection of accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. From luxury lodges and flats to modern, comfortable mobile homes. All our accommodation comes fully equipped & furnished to a high standard.
Healthy, nutritious vegetarian meals made onsite using fresh, locally ingredients and served in our brand new Core Cafe
3 course evening meal on Friday, breakfast, lunch and 3 course dinner on Saturday and brunch on Sunday brunch.
Afternoon tea & Tiffin on Friday and Saturday and herbal teas throughout your stay.
All Yoga & Pilates classes & workshops and a special workshop on saturday night.
Use of onsite outdoor heated pool

Not included is your transport to the Isle of Wight, although we can book your ferry at a discounted rate if travelling by car or pick you up from the Ferry Port in Cowes if you travel as a foot passenger.
We have a variety of accommodation available depending on your budget. You 're welcome to team up with a friend or two and share.
Meet The Ebb & Flow Team
Senior Yoga Teacher & Wellness Coach
Nette is an Advanced Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, Structural Body Worker & Advanced Level Personal Trainer.
With over 12 years experience working in the health & fitness industry Nette is able to integrate her extensive training to create her own distinctive style of Yoga.
She is an intuitive, creative & caring teacher whose deep understanding of the body and 'one pose does not fit all' approach enables her create unique, exciting classes that are never boring and guaranteed to leave you with that feel good feeling.
Pilates & Yoga Teacher
Tina is our woman on the ground at Appuldurcombe Gardens. She has been working tirelessly for the last year to transform the old Clubhouse into an amazing new cafe and Wellness Studio.
Tina has been practicing Pilates for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years.. Tina's belief in the somatic and holistic mind body integration led her train, along with Nette, in Himalayan Hatha Yoga and subsequently In Scaravelli Inspired Yoga and Anatomy and Fascia for Movement in Yoga and Pilates.
Tina is a clam and gentle teacher whose expertise allows her to present a unique fusion of Pilate Yoga encouraging a journey of self discovery and enquiry to her students.
Mat & Equipment Pilates Teacher
Catherine is an experienced Comprehensive Pilates Foundation Teacher who has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years.
Through her passion for teaching, Catherine enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, particularly those dealing with injury or recovering post surgery. With a knack for putting everyone at ease Catherine hope to enable clients to achieve a healthier and happier body as well as leaving her classes with a smile on their face.
