Happy Hips
During our Happy Hips Retreat Day we will explore the anatomy of the hips and discover what makes your hips unique to you. We will then strengthen, open, stabilise, releases and rebalance our hip with a carefully designed day of Yoga, Pilates, Fascial Fitness and Yin.
